Core Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for Quality Systems of Injectable formulation Production activities.

Role Accountabilities

The candidate should have minimum 03 to 06 years of experience in any sterile Injectable pharmaceutical organization.
The candidate should have hands on experience to operate vial filling machine, vial sealing machine and operation of filling isolator with VPHP generator.
He should expertise in aseptic filling and sealing operation.
He should handle machine setup, operation, dismantling and cleaning of manufacturing equipments like vial/PFS filling machine, Terminal sterilizer, manufacturing vessel and filtration vessel, isolator with VPHP generator, Steam sterilizer, responsible to perform COP, PHT, SOP of manufacturing and filtration vessel.
Operation of lyophilize like CIP, SIP and VLT will be the added advantage. Should be responsible for operation of instruments like leak testing machine, filter integrity tester.
Should be responsible to perform routine qualification of equipments like vial/PFS filling machine, steam sterilizer, terminal sterilizer, and lyophilizer. Should be responsible for visual inspection and labelling machine.
