Job Description
Experience : - 2-3 years of relevant experience
Qualification - Any graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all listed marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa Fashion, PharmEasy, Meesho, Tata 1mg, JioMart).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
- Manage inventory levels across all marketplaces to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes with marketplaces in a timely manner.
- Resolve order-related,Account health & Product Standard issues and promptly and efficiently.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings.
- Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize product performance and customer reviews.
- Inventory Reconciliation between ERP & Marketplace portal.
- Returns,Claims & Inventory management.
- Match Warehouse Out Vs Market place in. (GRN VS INVOICE)
