Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.

Job Title Digital Marketing Executive

Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Location Ahmedabad

Experience: - 1-2 years

Qualification - Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Website Management:

• Manage and update the Shopify store, ensuring products are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Shopify apps to enhance website functionality.
• Routine check on pricing, stock levels, and pin-codes to ensure website accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer care team queries related to website issues and order discrepancies.

Affiliate Marketing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Respond to affiliate queries regarding account setup, performance metrics, and billing.
• Streamline reporting and validation processes to maximize returns and efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare and present detailed website sales reports, performance metrics, and other key insights on a regular basis.
• Identify opportunities to optimize website functionality and affiliate marketing ROI through data analysis.
