Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the surgical devices division.
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the unit.
Stakeholder Engagement:
