Summary:
The primary focus of this role will be to drive Learning & Development function initiatives for the Group in India. This is a specialist individual contributor Profile with independent accountability of end-to-end learning initiatives. The position will report to the Head of L&D and TM.
Qualifications, Role-Specific Knowledge, and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in HR
- Relevant work experience of 7+ years in a learning and development role
- Sales Training
- Should have exposure in handling ground-level work starting from designing to execution of projects
- Should have exposure into handling the Leadership programme
- Experience in Audit and Budgeting.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good detail orientation
- Highly proficient in using MS-Office, exposure to using Analytics
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the entire training and development process including TNI, training calendar, content finalization, training administration, and effectiveness analysis of training programs.
- Designing, and developing learning & development programs as per the organization framework in consensus with stakeholders. Leading sales, functional/technical, behavioral, digital learning, and development initiatives.
- Leverage technology to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs (e.g., e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, simulations, etc).
- Partner with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions to access specialized expertise for employee development initiatives. Evaluate and select external training providers and consultants as necessary. Create a pool of external and internal trainer's basic expertise for the future.
- Drive summer training/ internship and campus management programs in the organization
- Lead group learning initiatives for India and manage communications pertaining to employee learning
- Accountable for monthly training MIS, dashboard, and analysis. Drive learning hours in the organization to ensure that learning metrics are met.
- Monitor the compliance to the calendar by all departments and review deviations for quick actions.
- Drive training efficiency and effectiveness ensuring enhancement of learner experience and continuous improvement/upgradation of learning content.
