Fresher-Exp. Females/RDC GZB/5 days working/cab facility

Responsibilities:

• A Sales Counsellor-US Process would be responsible for making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and following a diligent process toward converting leads to customers.
• Have a good hold on English language and a neutral accent to communicate with customers in different geographies.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Go the "extra mile"; to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
• Analyze the customer and be well-versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
• Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team
• Generate pipeline.

Requirements:

• Should have an excellent command of English
• Excellent objection handling and convincing skills
• Process-oriented
• Result focused
• Revenue driven
• Sales Planning & Customer Experience.
• Any graduate/12+/Diploma.

FRESHER FEMALES with EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION are APPLICABLE.

Fixed Salary: up to 27,000 INR -per month (FOR FRESHER FEMALES)

Experience females: upto 38k

Benefits: 3,000 INR Food Allowances per month

Incentives: Unlimited

Fixed Shift time: 09:30 pm to 06:30 am (Night Shift)

Fixed Week off: Sat and Sun
