Java-AWS DevOps Trainer(Part-time WFH, 2.5Hrs.)

Job Description :

AWS-DevOps Technical Trainer(Part-Time) is responsible for delivering virtual training to online students and creating, updating and maintaining training materials for U.S.A students.

Responsibilities :

- Deliver virtual training to a variety of technical audiences of various experience levels,

- Provide support for course development efforts, including product research, providing subject matter expertise, and training content review

- Create, update and maintain teaching material and lab exercises, both from student evaluations and from other sources of feedback

- Assist with updates for curriculum, syllabus, and other collateral

- Involvement and responsibility over aspects of the training process

- Have to provide training on Microservices, springboot , DevOps tools, theoretical part of Java.

- Adjust, customize and deliver training based on the audience level of expertise

- Development of corporate-class training material meant for delivery, as well as on-going updates of existing training material and supplementary technical documentation

- Planning and managing advanced training sessions

- Help create, test, and review new and existing courseware

- Produce and deliver a Training Plan and continue to update as necessary

- Provide buildout, system administration, and technical upkeep of the training systems

- Provide and instruct realistic training scenarios and objectives

- Curriculum should be based on certifications , as trainers focus should be on AWS DevOps certification & the OCJP SE 21 JAVA (Microservices & Spring boot)

- Trainers should be more focused on certifying the candidates

- Trainers have to prepare the curriculum & syllabus

- The duration of a single batch depends on the trainer, but it cannot exceed more than 3 months.

Qualifications :

- Experience in Java & AWS Training

- Experienced with virtual classroom training tools such as WebEx, Zoom, etc.

- A strong belief and understanding of being a team player in a remote working environment

- Fluent in English and comfortable presenting in English

- Knowledge of Spring boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Git.

- Candidate must have experience or exposure of any DevOps tools, system design experience, Core java , Microservices & Springboot and ready to deliver training on AWS DevOps certification & OCJP SE 21.

Timing :

For Part-Time Trainer- Evening Slots ( for 2.5 hrs. of session after 10:30 pm onwards IST(may vary due to DST) for 5 days working
