Role & responsibilities

Synergics Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our sales team in Mumbai. This provides an excellent opportunity in the field of Software Sales, specifically within the Software Solutions industry..

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
• Maintain existing business.
• Responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals.
• Think critically when planning to assure project success.
• From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you'll play an integral role in helping our product be successful.
• Should possess a basic understanding of Technology is a plus.
• Reach out to prospective clients to pitch for the product.
• Should be able to do product demonstrations.
• Maintaining follow ups with the clients.
• Expand product reach to all geographical locations.
• Willing to search for new avenues for tapping clientele.
• Ability to teach a group of new people.
• Delegate tasks efficiently.
• Strong negotiation / Closing Strategics.
• Job could potentially involve Domestic / International travel

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, / MBA Sales - IT knowledge will be an add on.
• 0-2 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Strong Communication and Vocabulary, in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks efficiently
• Ability to pass on gained knowledge to a group of new people in a short amount of time
• Strong negotiation and closing strategies
• Willing to travel both domestic and international
