Job Description
- At least 5 experience of administration work. Person who has an experience in scientific equipment market is preferred.
- Degree/ Diploma with good communication & writing skills.
- Team handling skills and ability to work as a team with Sales, Service & Application and other corporate sections like finance, logistics.
- Handling customer and distributor communication for delivery and documentation.
- Capability of Handling communications with Japan Head office for order processing, delivery arrangement, etc
- Knowledge of order processing, government tender submission, GEM, payment follow-up, EMD & PBG processing.
- Knowledge about warranty, AMC, CAMC obligations.
- Knowledge about the finance rules as GST, TDS,TCS & finance reports.
- Knowledge of SAP for order processing is mandate. Knowledge about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred.
- Knowledge about distribution and shipping coordination of medical device is preferable.
- Vendor Registration and getting multiple quotes for 3rd party item purchasing.
- Processing vendor PO and invoice and ensure timely payments.
- Responsibility of Invoicing, Customs Clearance, Inland Freight & Packing etc.
- Preparing agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Following up of overdue payment. Collection of EMD and PBG.
- Report generation like Sales, Backorder, Order Intake, Pending payment, EMD & PBG tracking, Vendor form, pendency chart and market data, etc.
- Proceed a sales planning task by collaborating with Japanese expat.
- At least 3 experience of Admin work (Service & Sales coordination), person with scientific instrumentation Market preferably in microscopy field will be preferred.
