Software Requirements: 
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in React and Vue.js to spearhead the development and delivery of web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers while ensuring high-quality coding standards and performance optimization.

 

Overall Responsibilities: 

Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to create high-quality user experiences.

Ensure adherence to high coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in React and Vue.js development, integrating relevant advancements into the team’s work.

 

Technical Skills: 

Core Technologies: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

JavaScript Expertise: Strong understanding of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

React Knowledge: Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and experience with popular workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).

Vue.js Proficiency: Strong experience in Vue.js, with knowledge of Vuex or other state management libraries.

Front-End Languages: Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries, including HTML, CSS, XML, and jQuery.

 

Experience: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-9 years of experience in React and Vue.js development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

 

Day-to-Day Activities: 

Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications, ensuring best practices are followed.

Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices in React and Vue.js development.

Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards.

Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing effective solutions.

 

Qualifications:
