Civil Engineer

Role & responsibilities

New Project Initiation with Marketing Manager and Civil team

Project planning and execution in coordination with Marketing Manager and Civil team Coordination with client on daily basis for the project execution

Preparation of Time schedule as per project and adhering to it

Daily updates with the site engineer

Vendor search and finalization of the vendors and rates on project to project basis

MIS reports on projects on daily basis

Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.

Cost Estimation (Pre-Tender/Project)

Coordinating with Site engineer, Vendor, client, Billing engineer, Project coordinator and technical lead in smooth execution of the project

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

Candidates should be open to travel
