What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT hiring needs
• Source and screen potential candidates using various channels
• Engage and build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience
• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the recruitment process
• Learn and apply best practices in technical talent acquisition
