Job Title: Counsellor cum Tele Caller

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and persuasive Student Enrollment Counselors to join our team at Singapore Synchro Skills Pvt Ltd. As an Enrollment Counselor, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, guiding them through our program offerings in Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Animation & VFX, and facilitating their enrollment in our university-affiliated courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective students from our lead database
• Respond to inquiries regarding our university-affiliated programs
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual consultations with potential students
• Clearly explain program benefits, university affiliation, and career opportunities
• Guide candidates through the application and enrollment process
• Meet monthly enrollment targets across our design and visual arts programs
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in our CRM system
• Stay updated on program details, admission requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
