Trainee/Officer- Production & EHS- Fermentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. For Trainee/Officer- Production (Downstream)

• Supervision of all manufacturing aspects with respect to oral & parenteral grade Amphotericin- B
• Maintain cGMP compliance for the manufacturing activities
• Preparation and implementation of the documents as per the regulatory requirements
• Coordinate routine production activities
• managing daily logbook & manpower handling
• any other responsibilities which is entrusted upon by senior officials.

2. For Trainee/Officer- Production (Upstream)

• Preservation and maintenance of culture and preparation of inoculum for germinator.
• Monitoring of shaker room and incubator parameters
• Keeping and checking sterility of laboratory shake flask and fermentation plant samples.
• Maintain GMP and impart training to down below people.
• Preparation and implementation of SOPs
• manage the shift production activities and manpower
• Any other responsibilities which are entrusted by senior officials

3. For Officer/Executive- EHS

• Ensure all jobs comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Analyse raw and treated effluent to control the quality of treated effluent and maintain statutory records related to the environment.
• Investigate and manage environment-related issues, including air, land, and soil pollution, and oversee the proper disposal of solid waste.
• Lead investigations for any incidents or accidents, ensuring timely and effective preventive measures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness, use, and maintenance of PPE; ensure employees are properly trained in safety procedures.
• Facilitate safety promotion and provide training and education on safety-related topics, in coordination with the Quality Assurance Department.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to environmental health and safety.

Experience Level- Freshers to 5 Years

Qualification:- B.E/M.sc Environment Science/ Microbiology/Biotechnology/ chemistry
