Software Engineer (Webflow)

What is the work

Design, develop, and maintain websites using Webflow*as the primary platform.
Leverage expertise in other hosted platforms such as **Wix, Squarespace, Shopify**, or similar for additional web development projects.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert design prototypes into functional and responsive websites.
Build and manage websites using **Webflow CMS, custom animations, and interactions**.
Optimize websites for **speed, performance, SEO**, and scalability across platforms.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and provide solutions for Webflow and other hosted platform issues.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create user-centric web experiences.
Stay updated on **Webflows new features**, as well as other hosted platforms tools and trends in web development.

What skills and experience are we looking for

4+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow*as the primary development platform (mandatory).
Proven experience working with other hosted website platforms like **Wix, Squarespace**, or **Shopify**.
Strong proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript**.
Advanced knowledge of **Webflows CMS, eCommerce**, and interaction features.
Portfolio showcasing professional projects built with Webflow and other hosted platforms.
Familiarity with **SEO optimization*and web performance best practices.
Ability to translate design mockups (Figma, Sketch) into functional websites.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
