Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience in FMCG products to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in leading the digital marketing efforts for our brand, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    • Design, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, and display advertising.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with the companys goals and targeted at the appropriate audience to maximize engagement and sales.

Manage Social Media Presence:

    • Create engaging content and schedule posts across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Engage with users, respond to comments, and foster a community around the brand.
    • Track performance on social media and adjust strategies as needed to enhance user engagement and reach.

SEO & SEM Management:

    • Optimize the companys website and digital content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
    • Manage and optimize paid search advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and achieve targeted KPIs.

E-commerce Listing Management:

    • List and manage products on popular e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
    • Optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and drive sales.

Email Marketing:

    • Design and execute targeted email campaigns to promote products, offers, and news.
    • Build and maintain email lists, segmenting based on customer behavior and preferences.
    • Analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize future campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to produce engaging content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and more.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with the brands voice, message, and marketing objectives.

Web Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to track website traffic and campaign performance.
    • Generate detailed reports on digital marketing activities and suggest improvements for future strategies.

PPC Campaign Management:

    • Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) ad campaigns, including budgeting, keyword research, and performance tracking.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI and ensure that the ads reach the right audience at the optimal cost.

Budget Management:

    • Monitor and allocate the digital marketing budget across different campaigns and platforms.
    • Regularly report on the ROI of digital marketing initiatives and suggest budget adjustments to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools.
  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Job Role:


  • Candidate should manage end to end digital marketing which includes SEO on page, off page keyword research, keyword optimization, social media marketing and designing, E-commerce and website management.
  • Skill full enough to do all the above activities for healthy food products.
  • Candidates prior experience in FMCG Digital marketing atleast one year.
