Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for building construction materials, including site execution and supervision.
  
• Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity, informing strategic sales decisions.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet project deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; M.Tech preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
  
• Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and industry standards.
• should have their own transportation mode like bike.
