Role & responsibilities

1. To strive and achieve Knovea safety goals for employees / Contractor employees and construction workers.
2. To develop and train team for safety awareness and ensure the attendance for HSE trainings.
3. To Ensure strict adherence of work permit system by team.
4. Installation and Commissioning of water system and process equipments.
5. Planning, scheduling and ensuring of preventive maintenance activities related to water system and process equipment’s.
6. Maintenance of water system and process equipment’s.
7. Indenting the material for water system and process equipment’s.
8. Preparation of related SOPs of water system and process equipment’s.
9. Verification of URS, DQ, IQ and PQ protocols of water system and process equipment’s.
10. Maintaining and effective utilization of manpower.
11. Conduct the training and train the concerned peoples related to activity.
12. Verification of preventive maintenance, breakdown records of water system.
13. Coordination with the concerned department related to validation / qualification activities and ensure the completion of activities.
14. Ensure proper safety measures are taken during performing any activity.
15. Raising and ensuring proper closer of PNC, CAPA and Exceptions related to water system and process equipment’s.
16. Coordination with supplier, Contractor for modification and completion of work.
17. Ensure the GMP and safety systems are followed strictly during the work.
