Business Development Associate (BDA) Opportunity at Sygnius Digital Pvt. Ltd.

Sygnius Digital is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for people who have an experience of over 2 years (or no experience at all - FRESHERS!) with exceptional English communication skills and a desire to build an even more successful career in sales.

About the Role:

The BDA role plays a vital role in driving new business development through international voice processes. You will be responsible for:

• Reaching out to potential customers and establishing rapport
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge and effectively conveying its value
• Contributing to achieving sales targets
• Ability to take own and agents' transfer calls and potentially close deals.

Key Skills:

• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and ability to articulate English with a professional tone.
• Proficiency in Call Center Operations: Experience servicing inquiries and utilizing relevant software (a plus).
• Typing Skills: Ability to type accurately and proficiently.
• Positive Attitude and Discipline: A self-motivated individual with a commitment of personal growth.
