Sr. Executive / Executive ( Packing & Manufacturing )

Job Responsibilities:

01. Understand the production requirements for various target markets/countries/ products & develop strategies to ensure that the requirements are met with.
02. Planning and execution of daily activities as per line loading of production
03. Monitoring of personnel with respect to gowning, personal hygiene, safety &manufacturing practices to ensure adherence to defined standard practices.
04. Monitoring of manufacturing and packing process in production department to ensure that it is followed as per predefined procedure to ensure compliance with GMP standards
05. Ensuring all equipment, pass box, sensors, machinery, change parts, and all related accessories within production department premises to be qualified, re-qualified and maintained appropriately by intimating maintenance department regularly.
06. Ensuring production department documentation i.e. Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packaging Records, Log books, Calibration records and Qualification records/ status labels are complete, up to date and filled accurately.
07. Review of Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packing Records, production department related SOPs. Department specific change control, deviations, investigation, incident and CAP A.
08. Member of Self- inspection team to perform periodic inspection of different departments within the company.
09. Key role for defining Training Need Identification, Training calendar and conducting training sessions pertaining to manufacturing procedures for personnel within manufacturing departments
10. Review of Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and Equipment qualification protocol and reports
11. Feasibility assessment for new product with respect to existing manufacturing and packing set up.
12. Key role in Management Review Meeting and ensuring compliances to all department specific observations/ challenges/ points discussed during meeting and its compliance.
13. Monitoring storage condition of material & in process products.
14. Responsible for compliance for all types of regulatory audits, Inspection and/ or internal quality) ; - audit.
15. Alternative Responsibility to or Any other activity as assigned by management
