Sr. Officer / Officer - Packing Department

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the packaging activities pertaining to Tablets, Capsules, External Preparations, & Cosmetics
2. Responsible for following the Hygienic & GMP practice during packaging
3. Responsible for Issuance and Submit the packaging document.
4. Responsible for daily monitoring activities
5. Responsible for utilization of availability of resources
6. Responsible for training to the Workman about the GMP
7. Responsible for producing the quality product with zero defect
8. To communicate QC/QA for release/approval status for avoiding down time
9. To keep BPR for all the running products on line, without any backlog.
10. Responsible for Co-ordinate with other departments for smooth operations 'production activities in shifts and meeting production targets as per the plan.
11. To ensure neat maintenance of the production packing/Inspection/Overprinting IPQC/Material storage area. Guide housekeeping personnel to keep areas clean.
12. To provide support for departmental activities not limited to archival of documents, noting down and maintaining area monitoring records, sanitization records, fogging records, maintaining inventory of tooling's and consumables, co-ordinate for departmental waste disposal.
13. Responsible for ensuring delivery of scheduled production as per plan, meeting quality and cost parameter.
14. Immediately reports any fault (s) to the Asstt. Manager Production/ Manager Production
15. Reports his/her absence at one day in advance to his I her supervisor.
16. Weighing packages and labeling them appropriately.
17. Inspecting packages to ensure they are not damaged.
18. Sealing shipping containers and labeling them appropriately
19. Alternative Responsibility to or Any other activity as assigned by management
