Sr. SEO Specialist | At Swiss Pac (Packaging Industry)

Role & responsibilities

• Identify relevant keywords and phrases to drive organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for search engines.
• Ensure the websites structure, speed, and performance are optimized for search engine crawlers.
• Develop and suggest SEO-friendly content to improve rankings.
• Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
• Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and fix issues affecting performance.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, and report findings.
• Analyze competitors SEO strategies to find opportunities.
• Keep up with changes in search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
• Work with content, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
2. Proven experience in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
3. Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
5. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development best practices is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
