Jr. Account Executive | At Swiss Pac

Swiss Pac is India's No.1 packaging manufacturing company, dedicated to producing high-quality packaging solutions. We are seeking a qualified Account Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with taxation regulations, and handle all financial aspects, including GST and TDS filing.

Role & responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for operational efficiency.
• Maintain and organize all business-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Handle sensitive information securely and confidentially.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries and provide necessary documentation as needed.
• Assist in preparing for audits by organizing financial and administrative documents.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance-related paperwork.
• Generate periodic reports for management on financial and administrative activities.
• Highlight discrepancies and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred CA Inter
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Proficiency in in GST, TDS, FOREX.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

- Office environment with standard working hours.

- Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6 PM)

- May require occasional overtime or additional hours during peak periods.
