Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for all GMP and cGMP compliance on shop floor.
2. Responsible for IPQA activities in Store, Production and Packing.
3. Responsible for performing line clearance activities for Stores (Dispensing/Sampling), production area (Tablet/Capsule/Liquid/sachets/ointments) and Packing area (Primary area and secondary area).
4. Responsible for verification of dispensing activities in store and verification of the documents and material as per GMP.
5. Responsible for Blending, Granulation, Compression and Coating area activities and Packing area activities.
6. Responsible for performing the In-process checks and test and making the online entries in respective document in all area.
7. Responsible for verification of the online entries in BMR, BPR and Logs from the respective department.
8. Responsible for the collection of sample at in process or intermediate stages/ finished products of the product and its submission to QC and QA.
9. Responsible for review of BMR for release to next stages such as dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating and for packing etc.
10. Responsible for review of SOPs and their implementation at shop floor.
11. Responsible for reporting of any incident or deviation if any in area to IPQA in charge.
