Urgent Opening For Civil, Architecture Draftsman/ CAD Technician

-The candidate should be familiar with AutoCAD software & MS Excel.

-Should experience a minimum of 2-3yrs with Interior design, Civil or Architectural Design.

-Willing to travel across the country for a store visit/site survey.,etc..

-He must be able to read, write and speak English.

### Job Title: Architectural Civil Draftsman

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Drafting and Design:** Prepare detailed architectural and finishes drawings, including site

plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings using AutoCAD,

**Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand

project requirements and incorporate their feedback into draft designs.

**Documentation:** Maintain and organize project documentation, to facilitate easy access and

tracking.

**Site Visits:** Occasionally perform site visits to gather information, measure existing

conditions, and assess project progress

**Experience:** Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting or civil drafting,

**Software Skills:** Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD)
