Golang Developer

Position Overview:
Swift Security is seeking a very skilled Golang Developer to join our growing team. We're looking for individuals with a solid background in Golang development, microservices architecture, and MongoDB or NoSQL databases who are enthusiastic about growing and adapting to new challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable Golang applications within a microservices architecture.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration within a microservices-based ecosystem.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, design, and deliver quality solutions.
• Handle NoSQL databases, with a preference for MongoDB, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Apply strong data structures and algorithms knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Contribute to team discussions and offer insights to support product development and optimization.
• Embrace a one-product mindset and demonstrate flexibility in picking up new challenges as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years in Golang development, with at least 1+ year in microservices architecture.
• Proficient in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in developing RESTful services and APIs.
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and willingness to take on tasks outside the primary role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to share ideas and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Should have a seamless communication skills

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang and a strong motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in a product-driven company or a startup environment is preferred although not mandatory.
