Campaign Management and Optimization :
Oversee end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to achieve desired KPIs.
Test new ad formats, strategies, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
Work with management to share improvement ideas, plans, feedback, and results. Achievement of sales targets, involved in local marketing activities
New product launchings, signage, sales promotion and merchandising. Successful implementation of planning and promotion schemes, to ensure proper display and positioning of the products in the stores, showrooms/dealers.
SEO & SEM :
Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Monitor and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase paid search traffic and revenue.
4. Analytics & Reporting :
Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking software to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to refine future marketing strategies.
Track and measure customer behavior and conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
5. Budget Management :
Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
Monitor and adjust spending in real-time to optimize results and meet business objectives.
6 . Collaboration :
Work closely with the creative, content, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment in all campaigns.
