Job Description

  1. Performance Marketing Strategy :
    • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on driving online sales and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
    • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform campaign strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and plan to report to others within the team
    • Develop and manage digital prospects and marketing campaigns in line with the brand.
    • Manage the budgets and campaigns across all digital platforms to help drive strong ROI and CAC
    • Identify and test new channels that can be used to meet metrics.
  2. Campaign Management and Optimization :
    • Oversee end-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
    • Continuously optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets to achieve desired KPIs.
    • Test new ad formats, strategies, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
    • Work with management to share improvement ideas, plans, feedback, and results. Achievement of sales targets, involved in local marketing activities
    • New product launchings, signage, sales promotion and merchandising.
      Successful implementation of planning and promotion schemes, to ensure proper display and positioning of the products in the stores, showrooms/dealers.
  3. SEO & SEM :
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.
    • Monitor and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase paid search traffic and revenue.
4. Analytics & Reporting :
    • Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking software to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Provide actionable insights to the leadership team to refine future marketing strategies.
    • Track and measure customer behavior and conversion funnels to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
5. Budget Management :
    • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
    • Monitor and adjust spending in real-time to optimize results and meet business objectives.
6 . Collaboration :
    • Work closely with the creative, content, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment in all campaigns.
    • Partner with influencers and affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and awareness.
    • Coordinate with the product and e-commerce teams to promote seasonal collections, offers, and launches.
