Senior Manager- Tender Business

MUST BE FROM MEDICAL DEVICES/ CONSUMABLES/ DISPOSABLES INDUSTRY

LOCATION: Dhaulpur, Rajasthan ( Near Agra)

Job Summary:

The Tender Business Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process for our medical device products in India. This role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive bids, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to optimize the tender process and secure business growth along with extensive knowledge of GEM portal.

Key Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Identify and evaluate new tenders in various states and central organisations.
• Manage the entire tender process, from initial inquiry to final submission.
• Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications and requirements. Must have excellent technical documentation skills along with good network of liasoner from all state and central organisations such as RMSCL, BMISCL, PHSC, HSC, TNMSCL, CMS, ASMSCL, HLL, PMBI, JKMSCL, UPMSCL, OSMSCL, AIIMS, PGI, BHU, Command, Railways etc

. Keep track of BG, EMD, payment from corporations and follow up.

. Generate orders through local purchase.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance departments to gather necessary information and approvals for tender submissions.
• A-Z working on Gem portal.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all tender activities, including submission timelines, communications, and outcomes (BOQ comparative).
• Prepare regular reports on tender outcomes, win/loss rates, and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in tender management and GEM, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of the tendering process in India, including government procurement procedures and regulations.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
