Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's services/products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and Lead Management:

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Communication and Coordination:

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule follow-ups or meetings with prospects.
• Address customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Professional Development:

• Learn about the companys offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business-related fields).
• Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi is a value addition.
• Skills Required:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge, including CRM or MS Office tools.
