Position Overview

We are looking for a Quant Developer, Team Lead to lead the development of high-performance platforms for algorithmic trading. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership, collaborating with traders and analysts to deliver optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Collaborate with traders and analysts to design technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain low-latency trading platforms using Python, C++, Java, React, and Vue.
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage real-time data flows and automate trade execution and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in algorithmic development and quantitative trading systems.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Python, C++, Java, SQL
• Front-End: React, Vue
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL
• Algorithms: Strong understanding of algorithms and computational complexity.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
