IT Operations Associate (Generalist with System Integration Specialization)

Job Title: IT Operations Associate (System Integration Specialization)
Location: Head Office, Kolkata
Reports to: Business IT Lead

Job Summary:
A generalist with a focus on system integration, you will play a versatile role by handling a variety of tasks spanning IT support, system health checks, vendor management, and technical troubleshooting. While your primary focus will be on backend integration and system optimization, your broader role as a generalist will ensure that you can assist with multiple business IT tasks as they arise. You will work closely with vendors, internal teams, and the Business IT Lead to ensure smooth operations.

Core Responsibilities (Generalist Role):

• Application Admin for Salesforce application, Distributor Management System, Dealer Management Application etc.
• Assist in multiple areas of IT support, ranging from system maintenance to troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine system health checks to ensure app performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs beyond system integration.
• Help address day-to-day IT issues and escalate more complex ones to the lead.
• Maintain the integrity of data used in business applications and reporting tools.
• Ensure SOPs for data handling are up-to-date and followed by all relevant stakeholders.

Specialization Responsibilities (System Integration Focus):

• Support backend integration for business applications.
• Assist in app development and integration efforts, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Perform system performance optimization and ensure backend functionality is efficient.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to system integration and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• To support UAT phase during application development process.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or business IT functions.
• Hands-on experience with system integration, backend development, and vendor management.
• Ability to juggle various IT tasks while maintaining a focus on system optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
