Sr Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable (AP):
Managevendor invoices and payment processing.
Ensure timely and accurate AP reporting.
2. Vendor Reconciliation:
Reconcile vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth financial transactions.
3. Vendor Payments:
Process payments in alignment with company policies.
Monitor payment schedules and maintain accurate records.
4. GST&TDS Compliance:
Ensure accurate calculation and timely filing of GST and TDS returns.
Stayupdated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
5. Financial Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company financial policies.
Support audits and maintain accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum4+years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
Proficiency in AP, GST, and TDS processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
