Job Description

Work Location : Chennai
JD:
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams working on ServiceNow projects.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews).
- Guide the team in Agile best practices, helping to remove impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, specifically managing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM.
