Position Title: Scrum Master
Reports To: Head Of Engineering
Business Unit: Jaipur (WFO)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum Events : Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure that the team is progressing towards project goals.
• Remove Obstacles : Identify and help remove any obstacles or blockers that might hinder the team's progress.
• Coach and Mentor : Educate and guide the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles, fostering self-organization and accountability within the team.
• Promote Communication : Facilitate clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders, promoting transparency in progress and decision-making.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, track team metrics (velocity, burn-down), and work with the team to implement process improvements.
• Support Product Owners : Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, clarify requirements, and set priorities.
• Protect the Team : Shield the team from external distractions, ensuring they can remain focused on sprint objectives.
• Ensure Alignment : Facilitate coordination and alignment between different teams and departments as necessary to ensure smooth delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education:
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • Certification : Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PMI-ACP) preferred. Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product) in an IT, software, or technology environment. Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with software development processes and concepts.
• Proven ability to facilitate productive meetings and workshops.

• Excellent English skills and experience working within a multi-location team.
• Excellent prioritization skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to multi- task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
Education Qualification: -
• Any Technical Degree BTech., B.E. BCA, MCA with MBA degree will be preferred.
