Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor CSE Department

Key Responsibilities

1. *Teaching*: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering, including lectures, labs, and seminars.

2. *Research*: Conduct original research in their area of specialization, publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals, and secure research funding.

3. *Mentorship*: Advise and mentor students in their research projects, internships, and career development.

4. *Curriculum Development*: Contribute to the development and revision of the CSE curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and up-to-date.

5. *Departmental Service*: Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and events, and contribute to the department's growth and development.

6. *Community Engagement*: Engage with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote the department's research and educational programs.

Requirements

1. *Ph.D.*: A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. M.TECH (CSE)+PhD Pursuing Candidates can also apply.

2. *Research Experience*: A strong research background, demonstrated by publications in top-tier conferences and journals.

3. *Teaching Experience*: Teaching experience, either as a teaching assistant or instructor, is desirable.

4. *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. *Teamwork*: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and industry partners.

Preferred Qualifications

1. *Industry Experience*: Industry experience, either through internships or full-time employment, is desirable.

2. *Funding*: A track record of securing research funding from government agencies, industry partners, or other sources.

3. *Awards and Honors*: Recipient of awards or honors for research, teaching, or service.
