Roles and Responsibilities

1. - Should have hands on experience of handling and teaching of Fanuc Robots.

2. - Should have knowledge of Welding processes and parameters.

3. - Manpower management. Should be able to supervise the manufacturing process giving
utmost priority to safety, quality and then productivity.

4. - Diagnosing problems in production line and providing recommendations and OJT to workers.

5. - Meet the daily production targets. Minimize gap between planned and actual production.

6. - Analyze and reduce bottlenecks in the system to achieve desired target.

7. - Must be open to work in shifts.
