JD for Weld Shop - Quality : LIC /Supervisor

1. - Able to identify defects and take countermeasure.

2. - Able to check weld issues at assembly and paint and plan for mitigation.

3. - Jig and fixture adjustment knowledge

4. - Should have CMM activities knowledge

5. - Must possess weld and press shop process knowledge

6. - Should have knowledge of car making process

7. - Analyze defect trends and plan for reduction of process and vendor rejection cost.

8. - Good analytical skills.

9. - Should be able to direct quality policies, standards and programs designed to drive continuous improvement of organizational processes, products.

Specific Functional Skills Required

ISO 9001 knowledge, QMS system, QC tools

System Knowledge- MS office

JD for Weld Shop - Maintenance : LIC /Supervisor

1. - Daily maintenance planning for line operation, PM, and Repair activities.

2. - Spare and Tool procurement planning.

3.- Hands on experience of BIW Shop equipment such as Robotic IT Weld Guns (Denyo, Obara) (NSW stud welder & projection nut welding), Fanuc make robots, PLC, and Servo (Mitsubishi), Shuttle conveyors, SCA Sealant Systems, pneumatic sealer system.

4. - Daily Breakdown analysis.

5.- Work allocation to team members as per their skill

6. - Knowledge for Material Procurement, Spare Management.

7. - Working knowledge of MS Office.

8. - Ensuring safety standards in Weld shop operations.

9.- Why-why analysis and improvement actions.

10.- Good to have departmental level budget preparation knowledge.

11.- Hands on experience of ATC robots and handling robots.

Specific Functional Skills Required

Knowledge of Fanuc Robots, Robotic Welding guns of DENYO and OBARA, PLC, Atlas Copco sealer system, Good to have SAP knowledge.

JD for Weld Shop - Safety : LIC /Supervisor

1.- Reduce safety incidents by Hazard identification and develop safe practices.

2.- Must be able to prepare safe work standards, procedures, incident report, identify and implement resolution and countermeasures using hierarchy of controls.

3.- Manpower management. Should be able to supervise the manufacturing process giving utmost priority to safety, quality and then productivity.

4.- Should have knowledge of new equipment installation check.

5.- Expertise in root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasure.

6.- Lead departmental objective of incident free workplace through continuous improvement of safety characteristics.

7.- Good to have advising and instructing skills and capabilities on various safety-related topics

8.- Should be able to identify hazards, ensuring compliance with legislation, and promoting a culture of health and safety in the workplace.

9.- Should have experience of organizing OHS training, inspect premises and work activities, investigate incidents, and prepare reports on occurrences.

10.- Should have knowledge and clear understanding of ISO 14001.

11- Should have knowledge of Welding processes and parameters.

12- Must be open to work in shifts.

Specific Functional Skills Required

Safety Management, Legislation & procedures, report writing skills, data analysis ability, attention to details, effective communication skills, knowledge of safety regulations.
