Deputy Manager-Hot forging & Heat treatment- Maintenance

Role & responsibilities (1118)

• Good hands-on experience of Heat treatment shop (Gears/Shafts)
• Good exposure of Annealing & quenching process equipments
• Good exposure of Cold/Hot forging equipment i.e. Presses, Shearing machine, Conveyors, Pumps etc.
• Good exposure of Ion Nitriding process / Bonde machine process and its trouble shooting.
• Good exposure of various kind of shot blasting machines
• Good Hands-on exposure of repairing & overhauling of different capacity vacuum pumps.
• Good exposure of De-gassing units
• Good knowledge of EOT crane maintenance.
• Good exposure of Mitsubishi/Fanuc/Gas controllers i.e. Program modification, Troubleshooting etc.
• Good exposure of Field devices & their mapping in the PLC controllers
• Good team management skills.
• Good understanding and approach of lean manufacturing technology.
• Good understanding of maintenance PM & Breakdown modules
• Key person to lead a team for improving the heat treatment & Forging section breakdown by analytical thinking and implementation of counter measures.
• Needs to be work in 3 Shift and in long shutdowns for repair and maintenance work.

Preferred candidate profile

Die casting industry experience is preferred
