Role & responsibilities

1) Accountable for structural analysis of lifting jigs, erection stands, templates etc.

1) Structural analysis of Jigs and fixtures used for installation of WTG components.

2) Provide recommendations to design team for optimizing structural strength of the jigs and fixtures

2) Design and analysis of entire rigging arrangement

Design and analysis of rigging arrangement for lifting /installation of WTG components. Design Calculations. Product Design

3) Installation schemes -3D modelling and simulations

Preparation of 3D modelling and its simulation

4)Mathematical simulation in analysis software like ANSYS, STADD, RFEM

Analysis in ANSYS/REFEM

5) Bolt calculations

Bolt calculation as per VDI standard-2230, EN 14399-4 &6, DAST, ISO898-1 &2, ISO 4032, 4017, 4014

6) Structural failure analysis

Analysis of structural tower part, jigs and fixture, bolts etc.

7) Design validation reports

Preparation of design validation reports

8) Design of special and advanced tooling

Design of new advanced tooling for smooth installation, storage, handling of WTG components
