• Lead, manage and motivate an energetic young team of Designers and Product Developers -

1.Effective task planning & resource utilization

2. Develop objectives and goal setting for teams, follow up and assess them

3. Performance management & Developmental Plans of all reporting engineers

4. Personal development for improved effectiveness at work

• Task Execution

A. Process Engg :

1. Lead the requirements management for all NPD's , Collect expectations and requirements from all stakeholders and feed BPTD team

2.Do the feasibility/Trade off studies as needed for BTPD and Process engg team for NPDs and current blade models

3.Review the process design docs of BPTD and mature them

4.Support Proto execution as needed for BTPD.

5.Support BTPD to close the issue register points in NPD

6. Execute DCM deliverables as applicable to BIND/Process Engg team

B. Waste Management:

1. SPOC for driving the efforts to eliminate/reduce/reuse/revenualize the inevitable waste from Blade Mfg.

C.Operational Excellence:

1.Drive Ops excellence with internal & ext blade mfg vendors to realize meet & beat the blade conversion costs targets.

2. Continously collect & maintain the best practices /process across blade mfg processes

and strive to realize the same trhough BTPD, BIND M&E & Mfg engg teams

Vendor management :

1. Continuously mature the framework of vendor assessment and management
2.Lead the vendor management exercise with the support of BV team leads
3.Execute the vendor assessment and continuously put the efforts to improve the vendor performance KPI's
