Mould Designer

Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for designing mold & creating 3D CAD Model and 2d engineering drawing.
• Workout a complete design of plastic injection mould.
• Assist in product/tool development and moulding process.
• Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.
• Resolve any design technical issue in a timely manner.
• Conduct check to ensure all program and tooling are correct.
• Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on-time to schedule.

Required Knowledge & Skills :-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Tool, plastic or equivalent).
• Knowledge on software mold design for Solid work & Auto cad.
• Ability to use mold flow & prepare mold flow will be an added advantage.
• Ability to model 3D mold surfaces for tooling.
