Job Purpose & Impact on Organization:

The Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in ensuring customers have a positive and seamless shopping experience. You will assist walk-in customers in selecting products, provide guidance on fabric and quality, and ensure the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction, sales, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Support:
• Greet walk-in customers and address their concerns or inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about the fabric, features, and benefits of products to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Product Quality Check:
• Perform quality checks on products, if required, ensuring they meet the store's standards before customers make a purchase.
• Store Presentation:
• Maintain the stores cleanliness and ensure it is presentable at all times.
• Regularly organize and restock shelves, ensuring that products are neatly arranged and accessible to customers.
• Customer Tracking:
• Keep a record of walk-in customers to monitor store traffic and understand customer preferences for better service.
• Multi-Tasking & Flexibility:
• Assist with various tasks in the store, including inventory management, restocking, and processing transactions as required.
• Problem Solving:
• Handle customer complaints and issues with patience, offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
