-A Collections Specialist is a professional who is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those who owe.
- Officer must Ensure that they keep employer s assets safe while also making sure those responsible for unpaid bills are contacted immediately.
- Conduct field visits to minimize the OD/NPA amount of the assigned Customers
- Engage with group members to understand repayment challenges
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored solutions for the loan repayment.
