Role & responsibilities
1. Support Marketing plan and effective execution of the set marketing plan of the area assigned with special focus on BTL implementation. Based on market understanding evaluation of brand awareness needs in terms of shop / bar visibility Dealer Board, Flanges, Display (show window/Rack) POP, counter tops etc.
2. Support Brand visibility and image building which includes Hoarding, Buses, Bus Shelter, Kiosks, Wall Painting, Trams, Translites, etc.
3. Evaluating need of consumer offer with the support of TMM which includes
i) On pack offer.
ii) Consumer activity at consumption points which includes Bar Promotion & others.
iii) Spot promotions.
4. To identify local opportunities which include events, festivals, sponsorship opportunities, etc.
5. Take all necessary approvals from TMM and maintain record of approvals & spends.
6. Ensure that all proposals approved are executed as per asked for. Inventory, promotional reports are maintained and sent in time etc.
7. Evaluate all activities and send in the feedback report to marketing. Regular MIS to all concerned.
8. Vendor Management (proper selection of vendors, ensure timely delivery of promotional items, selection of innovative gifts, vendor benchmarking etc.)
9. MIS & Reporting: Prepare monthly promotional reports, ensure gifts are stocked and maintain proper reports.
Location: Guwahati and Bhopal ( 2 Vacancies)
Experience:
2+ yrs. of experience in FMCG/Liquor/Telecom industry/Consumer durables in sales promotion, trade marketing, consumer activation and events.
Educational Qualification:
Post graduate in marketing preferred from reputed institutions.
