Surreal Design Studio - Executive - Client Servicing (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

- Conduct regular research on market and competition and be apprised of the latest Industry trends.

- Developing new business from existing clients and also actively seek new sales opportunities.

- Maintaining strong relationships with clients while ensuring smooth project handling.

- Understanding the client's needs and the internal resources available throughout the project cycle and effectively managing inter-departmental coordination to ensure on-time work delivery

- Co-ordinating cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables like production, operations, design and marketing.

- Managing project costs, budgets and client deliverables.

- Creating project dockets including creative briefs, budgets, timeline docs and project folders.

- Multitasking on projects and being actively involved during production and on-site execution as well.

- Showing ability in exercising good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
