Job Title: Assembly & Operations Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembly & Operations Technician to join our team in the valve manufacturing industry. This individual will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the proper functionality of various valve systems. The role also involves supporting the production process, performing quality control inspections, and working closely with engineers and production teams to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Valve Assembly:
• Assemble and install components of valve automation systems, ensuring all parts are correctly aligned, fitted, and secured.
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to assemble valves.
• Perform final inspection of assembled valves to verify compliance with specifications.
2. Testing & Quality Control:
• Conduct performance tests, including pressure testing, leak tests, and flow rate tests, to ensure valves meet operational standards.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to valve functionality.
• Ensure all products meet industry quality standards and specifications.
3. Operational Support:
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth operations in the assembly line.
• Maintain records of assembly processes, quality checks, and any changes made during production.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to promote safety and efficiency.
• Customer Visit when if require to provide Assistance Or service
4. Maintenance & Equipment:
• Operate assembly tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assembly equipment to prevent downtime.
• Ensure that equipment is calibrated properly for valve assembly processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Field & Similar field
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in valve or similar industries.
• Familiarity with valve types (e.g., Solenoid, ball, Butterfly, plug, check valves) and their application.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and schematics.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with welding, or other fabrication methods used in valve manufacturing.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in valve operations.
