Scrum Master

As we continue to grow and expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master for the Professional Services group to lead and manage projects and guide the teams for predicted quality outcomes. The person joining us should balance the process but at the same time, guide teams into being self-organized. You tell the product owner not what they want to hear but the reality. You are a problem solver.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating daily scrum and sprint ceremony meetings which include sprint planning, demo, backlog refinement and retrospective
• Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring the progress of the project
• Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
• Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
• Provide insight for all project deliverables that are working within the organization
• Provide executive summaries and reports to management (both US and India leadership) using Jira and any other equivalent tool
• Ensure that all feature requests are in jira, assigned to an epic and user stories have proper estimates
• Ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on time and within the scope
• Report and escalate to management for resourcing issues, technical feasibility, or any blockers that the project team is facing
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Meet with product owners to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Ability to pitch in and perform QA on an as-needed basis
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field is required
• Proven working experience working on enterprise SaaS Projects
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe is mandatory
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage and good to have
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master is preferred
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive Jira experience is a must
• Experience with running native ios or android projects is a nice to have
