Position Specification
We are looking for someone who can provide comprehensive support to the Leadership Team and manage the organization's administrative operations, including working remotely with all Business Unit Leaders in the group. This dynamic position requires anticipating needs, thinking critically, and offering viable solutions. This role requires a curious person who doesn't allow confusion and questions to linger in their mind; they're eager to find the answers to their questions, and learn. This person needs to be ready to unlearn, learn, relearn, and implement. They should enjoy researching on a wide variety of topics, and collate information that adds value to a project.
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
● Understand the company's business processes and the industry at large
● Analyze key business and operational insights for our executive team
● Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events (including departmental
meetings)
● Develop meeting agenda and take meeting notes
● Prepare for and follow up on meeting action items
● Draft emails, memos, and other communication as needed
● Prepare reports and track critical projects
● Work with department heads on reporting deliverables
● Prepare and submit expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card expenses
● Assist in verification matters like expenses and payments
● Monitor the impact of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed to achieve long-term success
● Coordinate and communicate across multiple stakeholders
● Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external
constituencies
● Complete a wide variety of tasks that support the portfolio companies
Qualification
● Resident of India
● Citizen of the India
● 8-10 years of total experience with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience
● Multinational work experience is highly desirable
● Experience in business, consulting, or professional services industries is preferable
● Experience in administrative support or research-related function with the right set of
competencies is also desirable
● A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration or Commerce is a must
● Proficiency in productivity software (Word processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation)
● An ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiency
● Optional - Familiarity with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile,
utilizing native Apple software - Pages (Word Processor), Numbers (Spreadsheet), Keynote
(Presentation)
● Must be able to travel locally or internationally as required

Salary: INR 800,000 to INR 1,200,000 per annum
