Job Description
Job Description (JD): Finance / Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow & Financial Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare financial forecasts, and align with business objectives.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, and Professional Tax regulations.
- Accounts Handling: Manage accounts payable/receivable, daily entries, and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Tax & Audits: Handle GST filings,prepare GSTR1/GSTR2, and assist in audits.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Implement cost-saving strategies and monitor budget variances.
- Risk & Documentation: Manage credit risks, Letters of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantees (BG).
Qualifications:
Education: B. Com, M. Com, or BAF (Bachelor of Accounting & Finance).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, planning, and reporting.
Skills: Proficient in Tally, SAP, and MS Excel; strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
