Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at Supreme Ready Mix Concrete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist in audit preparations and tax filings.
• Monitor inventory and material cost records.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and ledgers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

✅ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or construction company.
✅ Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).
✅ Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
✅ Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws.
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
